Accessibility statement.

Our aim is to make the Grupo Gosen website usable by as many people as reasonably possible across devices and assistive technologies.

Our accessibility approach.

Grupo Gosen aims to design and maintain this website so that content is understandable, navigation is predictable and core functions can be used with a keyboard and commonly used assistive technologies. We use semantic page structure, labelled form fields, visible focus states, responsive layouts and text contrast intended to support a broad range of visitors.

The site aims to align with the principles of WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable. This is an objective rather than a claim that every historic or third-party element has been independently certified as fully conformant.

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing maintenance responsibility. New pages, forms, components and media should be considered for keyboard use, text alternatives, focus behaviour, colour contrast, zoom and small-screen operation.

Design measures

Accessibility features built into the site.

01

Structured content

Pages use headings, paragraphs, lists and labelled controls intended to give content a logical reading order.

02

Keyboard navigation

Primary navigation and interactive controls are intended to be reachable and operable without relying on a pointing device.

03

Visible focus

Keyboard focus is given a visible treatment so visitors can identify the active link, button or form control.

04

Responsive layouts

Content adapts to mobile and desktop screens and is designed to remain readable without requiring a fixed viewport.

05

Reduced motion

Where a device requests reduced motion, non-essential animation and transition timing is substantially reduced.

06

Body images, not hero dependence

Images are used as supporting content with text alternatives and the site does not rely on header imagery to communicate the principal page meaning.

Known limitations

Some content may depend on third parties.

Third-party maps, externally hosted documents, older media, embedded services or documents supplied by counterparties may not always provide the same level of accessibility as the core website. Where such material is important to an enquiry, visitors can use the contact form to request help locating the information or to report a barrier.

Complex property plans, title documents and technical drawings can contain information that is inherently visual. Where Grupo Gosen controls the document and an accessible alternative is reasonably available, the aim is to provide context or assistance rather than assume that the image alone is sufficient.

Accessibility issues are prioritised according to their effect on core navigation, forms and access to important information.

Accessibility feedback

How do I report an accessibility problem?

+

Use the Grupo Gosen contact form. Identify the page or function, explain the barrier and, if useful, state the browser or assistive technology involved.

Can I request information in another usable format?

+

You can use the contact form to explain what information you need and the barrier you are experiencing. Requests are considered in the context of the document, legal requirements and formats reasonably available.

Does the site support reduced motion?

+

Yes. The website includes styles that substantially reduce animation when the visitor’s device has enabled a reduced-motion preference.

Found an accessibility barrier?

Tell us through the contact form, including the relevant page and a short description of the problem.

Design principles

Accessibility is considered across structure, navigation, content and interaction.

The website is designed around semantic headings, keyboard-accessible controls, sufficient text contrast, visible focus states, responsive layouts and content that remains understandable without relying solely on colour. Motion is used sparingly and should respect device settings that request reduced motion.

Images should include meaningful alternative text where they communicate information and empty alternative text where they are purely decorative. Video used for visual atmosphere should not contain essential information that is unavailable elsewhere in text.

Forms should provide visible labels, understandable error states and a logical reading and tab order. The language switcher and full-page navigation are intended to remain usable with keyboard input and assistive technology.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification.

Content, browsers, operating systems and assistive technologies change over time. Third-party embedded services can also introduce accessibility limitations outside Grupo Gosen’s direct control.

Where a document, image, map or external feature is not accessible to a user, Grupo Gosen will seek to provide the relevant information in an alternative reasonable format where practicable.

Accessibility feedback should identify the page, device or assistive technology involved and the barrier encountered so that the issue can be reproduced and prioritised.

Documents and transactions

Property documents may require alternative handling.

Historic deeds, scanned plans, title documents, legal agreements and third-party PDFs can be difficult to make fully accessible without altering their legal or evidential form. Where such a document is required for a transaction, an accessible explanation or alternative format may be considered where appropriate without changing the legal document itself.

Accessibility requests do not alter contractual deadlines, statutory time limits or legal requirements, but Grupo Gosen will consider reasonable ways to support communication and access.

Use the contact form to request assistance and explain the format or adjustment required.
